Refund Policy
All of our products are made to order, which means each item is uniquely produced just for you. Because of this, we do not support returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or design was ordered, or if you simply change your mind after purchase.
Refunds & Replacements
We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or full refund:

• Damaged items
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items (wrong print, size, or color due to production error)

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• A clear photo of the affected item(s)
• A brief description of the issue
• Your order number

If multiple items with the same design are affected, please include a photo or video showing all impacted products in a single frame. There is no need to return the damaged items.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5″ tolerance for DTG products)
• Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address or unclaimed packages (reprints may be available at an additional cost or with a partial refund)

Refund Processing
Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method. I If your payment was made in a currency other than USD, the refund will be returned directly to your original payment source.
